20218: How to Get Phone Support

Phone support for technical issues is available in Acronis Advantage (business/home products) and Pay-Per-Incident (home products) support programs.

The table below shows the availability of phone support in different support programs:

Phone support for home products

Phone support is available for technical issues with the following products:

  • Acronis True Image N and N-1 versions (perpetual) - with Pay Per Incident
  • Acronis True Image Essential/Advanced/Premium subscription - phone support included 
  • Acronis Disk Director 12/12.5 Home - with Pay Per Incident

To get phone support:

  1. If you have Acronis True Image Essential, Advanced or Premium subscription, you are eligible for free phone support while your subscription is active. For Acronis True Image 2021 or Acronis Disk Director please purchase Pay Per Incident support for consumer products to get phone support.
  2. Support phone number for your region is available:
    • on the PPI order confirmation page:

    • once you fill the contact support form on Acronis website:
       

Phone support for business products

Phone support is available for technical issues with:

  • Acronis Cyber Protect 15
  • Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5
  • Acronis Snap Deploy 5 and 4
  • Acronis Disk Director 12.5 Workstation/Server

Phone support is available if your Maintenance is active (for perpetual licenses) or if you have an active subscription (for subscription-based licenses)

To get phone support:

  1. In your account on Acronis website, check the status of your Maintenance (Acronis Advantage Support Program). If your Maintenance is active, you have access to phone support. If your Maintenance has expired, you need to renew it.
  2. Fill the contact support form to view the phone number for your region:

Phone support is not available for customer care issues (license/serial number, web navigation, download and pre-sales questions). For rapid assistance, it is recommended to use LiveChat service for such requests.
